With classic Czech service, you won’t become thirsty waiting for your next beer. The staff here are friendly, quick, and real beer professionals. Pleasantly decorated with Czech antiques, Pilsner memorabilia, and cozy wooden tables, there is a friendly, rustic atmosphere here, almost like you’ve been invited into someone’s kitchen.
In Smíchovský Radniční Sklípek, you’ll find all sorts of people enjoying their golden lager: locals, older folk, and young tourists. Even though this is a large pub, it’s a good idea to make a reservation.
From Tripadvisor.com reviews of Radnicni Sklipek Restaurant Prague:
Comfortable atmosphere, great food: “We were staying nearby at the Riverside Hotel and we looking for a local restaurant with reasonable prices. This place (please don’t ask me to pronounce) was a great find. I was initially doubtful about the basement location but the facility was cheerfully decorated. The menu is extensive and the food plentiful. I had the pork shank which was served on a spit-like arrangement. It was really tasty. Everyone in our group enjoyed the evening.”
The real deal food: “Prepare yourself for some good food and huge portions! Great traditional food, awesome atmosphere and service is ok too. Will be back!”
Come here again. Recommend!: “Good place to test a flavour of local cuisine. Fast made and large portion even for two people. One point of smoking area about and credit card acceptance (cash only). To sum up, nice restaurant and i would came here again.”
Our restaurant primarily focuses on the typical Czech cuisine with atypically low prices!
