“Wow, I never expected this from a vegetarian restaurant “: Great atmosphere, great service, great food. Friends recommended and we went. As a meat eater this was by far the best vegetarian restaurant I have been to. It doesn’t feel like it is missing the meat. It simply provides great tasty dishes that are not feeling as if a replacement meet was added. They are good because the chef used the right ingredients and all of them were good.
“Incredible“: Visited for lunch and sat downstairs, it’s a lovely restaurant with great atmosphere and service. The food was amazing! We started with the vegan crackling – which was incredible. Then I had goulash with dumplings, which was perfect for a cold day of sightseeing. Incredibly tasty, hearty and filling. So delicious. My partner had the burger, and I had a bite – pretty much the best burger I have tasted (and I have tasted a lot). So good.
Can’t recommend enough.
“Delicious Czech vegetarian and vegan fare“: We loved Maitrea so much we ate here twice! Maitre Delicious food, well-prepared, and a generous selection of starters, entrees, and specials. The first time we enjoyed delicious soups and starters plus dessert for a late lunch; on our return trip we tried Maitrea’s tasty spin on Czech specialties, including goulash and dumplings. The serene dining area in the lower level had a wonderful ambience, and although the place was full, we never felt rushed or crowded.
