Excellent traditional Czech meal!: “We had lunch here after a morning of sightseeing. It was an excellent meal (traditional Czech cuisine) with great service. The portions were generous and very reasonably priced. Would definitely return upon a future visit to this beautiful city.”

Quick stop during sightseeing“: “Sightseeing is thirsty work and we stopped off at Stará Praha Restaurant Prague at lunchtime for a drink and a quick bite to eat.
We chose to sit outside and the waitress was quick to come out and take our order. We were made to feel very welcome. My husband and I chose fried cheese and a side of fries and a couple of beers. This was all quick to be served and was hot and tasty, perfect! This place is good for a flying visit, just wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Great place “: Me and my wife had a great late lunch here-we were hungry after a long day and after we saw this place we decided to try it out- we still consider it as one of the best meals we had in Prague! My wife had a garlic soup which was very good and I had sausage for a starter -we both enjoyed. For the main course we ordered the pork knuckle- 1 kg of roasted meat and fat- loved it!! Very big dish, we both ate it and couldn’t finish everything! For dessert, we had the honey cake- very tasty, not too sweet and a perfect ending to a great meal. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere is very homely. Definitely, recommend this place for anyone who wants a little break and looking for excellent food for a reasonable price.
