“Excellent place to visit with great customer service“: I booked this place to be a surprise for my boyfriend’s 21st birthday. I emailed the hotel in advance and asked if there was anything they could do to make this trip special. Not only did they reply to all of my emails within 10 minutes, they even gave him a birthday card and also upgraded our room. The customer service at reception was excellent and the staff were very helpful. We were helped with booking our trips and also getting back to the airport. Excellent value for money.
